Dick has worked with scores of clients across 6 continents on employee retention solutions in industries including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and financial services…as well as working with African gold mines and the CIA.

He is the author of Rethinking Retention in Good Times and Bad, where he first detailed the only research-based, strategic approach to cutting employee turnover with specific tactics that work. His book is available in bookstores across the nation.
